I remember the first time I got inspired with mixing up things. I am usually a bit of everything. I cannot try too much but I can never ever be boring. I was hesitant to have my pictures taken with me on my outfit but I realized, I want to keep in touch with what I know, I do best, art. It's a whole lot of different thing to it. Sometimes, plainly being weird about your thoughts can be art. I believe it's a freedom we are all trying to get or maybe escape with. It's a world I know best where I can just be me and be whoever I am.

Pulled my camera out of my bag and I gladly say yes to taking everything into a whole lotta new level. :)

Get Away From The City

April 1 and 2 was spent away from the city. I was feeling really down and stressed-out of how my last days (before Holy Week) had been. Too much phone calls and too much random stuff had happened and it feels like taking a deep breath from it when I have decided to spend Maundy Thursday and Black Friday at The Boutique in Tagaytay.

Felt it was kind of gloomy and windy outside and decided to put on a long dress. I bought it from a "tiangge" and since I can' think of what to choose from their designs, I bought 2 designs and was really happy about it. You can never fail and disappoint yourself on times like this. It's the best way to go once you are out of budget but can still seem to put weird things together. :)

After two long hours of driving, at last we reached The Boutique and was welcomed with Luau iced-tea and brought our stuff out. I chose to stay in their "I Desire" room since "I Love" was already taken and "I surrender" is located on the floor where people dine-in and I think behind it is the kitchen. ;p So much for trying to de-stress yourself.

I personally loved I Desire room since it's veranda is overlooking Taal Lake and it was like really away from the city since the view was all foggy and greenish. :) There were also free popcorn (just request it to local 100), 2 stone-cold facial massage (you have to have it scheduled since it's a first come first served basis), freshly baked cookies and hot chocolate (before sleeping) and sumptuous breakfast in the morning. I can say it was one of my "bestest" breakfast aside from the one I have experienced when I was in Hongkong. :)

By the way, you can also choose the scent of your shampoo, conditioner, soap and room. Jeff liked Mango butter soap and Apple shampoo! :)

The best way to seal this "Getting away from the city" is of course, BEACH! ;)

Black and White? You can never go wrong in it.
Choose one! :)

Random Night

It was some random Saturday night when Jeff and I decided to take another trip to UPD. Isaw it is. Just felt like pulling off some short dress and a sandals since it was pretty hot here in the Philippines. Really hot.

I loved how my mood took me to wear this tiger print dress and a neon pink sandals. It was refreshing and bright in my eyes. :) Well, hello to my first attempt of trying to get myself a new blog and promised not to stay outta line too much. Blogging is enclosed with a social responsibility which I have taken for granted back then. Oh just say hi to my new blog and welcome to Chictopia too!

My bangs has been working for me for years. They come and go and I just come to it again and again. Feels like I put my swag on just right! :)
Ending the night with some of these a two bottle of beers is just the way. So stoked to have been surrounded with good drinking buddies! :)
